Configure - Service Desk

Hi All,

I am configuring Service Desk. And in Tansaction Monitor(CRM_DNO_MONITOR) I got 2 red alerts in "messages" button. The following are the erros :

Message Type--- red circle

Reference Object--- Header Data

Message Text---Enter Sold To party

The second one is :

Message Type--- red circle

Reference Object--- Header Data

Message Text---Enter reported by

Please help me with the issue. I am unable to solve the problem.

Hi,

Have you done the config from Spro ...

use tcode BP

to create message creator or key user(BP General)

and BP Employee as message processor.

Hi Prakhar,

Thanks for the info provided by you. I am getting near to solve the issue. Now the problem is while creating "Organization" BP In the Sales tab, I am not getting "Sol_Customergroup" to select from the input help in field Customer Group 1.

The missing Sol_Customergroup is a very common problem. Here are the steps in order to add this entry.

Execute Transaction SPRO

CRM --> Master Data --> Business Partner --> Define Attributes --> Define Customer Groups --> Define Customer Group 1

Maintain customer group as SOL

Maintain Description as SOL_Customergroup

Hi,

Thnaks now I am getting Sol_Customergroup in the drop down of BP. But still I am unable to resolve my first issue. The red alert is still there in transaction monitor for "Sold to Party" and Reported by".

Please provide me the solution.
