Does anyone know how to add a custom MS Word Template to the Change Request description area of a Change Document?

question was answered by an on site SAP consultant. This was accomplished using the Define Text Determination Procedure under the following IMG path - Change Request Management -> Extended Configuration -> Change Transaction -> Transaction Types -> Text Administration.
