HTML DISPLAY UNKNOWN CHARACTER

HI,

I use SAP 4.6c and ITS 2.0. After I changed ITS to 6.2/Win2003 Server, HTML display unknown character as "¨Ó¹Ç¹ÃÒ¡ÒÃÊÔ¹¤éÒ·Õ辺".

It happen with word in HTML page only (label in html). But not happen with word from SAP's data. I changed charset in html to utf-8, but it still show the same.

Could you please tell me how to fix this problem?

This is an example of my report which display on my web page.

Line # 4 ET95-115 30306874 11.09.2007 40

Line # 1 and Line # 2: Report Header. (Un-readable)

All of column headers are coded in HTML page (constant value or hard code).

Line # 3 and Line # 4 are data from SAP’

All of item data are retrieves from SAP database.

Current Environment: SAP 4.6c, ITS 6.2 run on Windows Server 2003

Previous Environment: SAP 4.6c, ITS2.0 run on Windows Server 2000 (No problem)

• Un-readable is Thai language

Hello Teerakorn,

is this the output created with webgui? Please try to run your report using

the webgui service.

Is the template responsible for the unknown characters readable? Some

unknown characters there?
