Issue printing documents with nested tables (2 pages+)

Hi,

I am trying to print a document with nested table. The outer table are items and the inner table are charges. If I have a lot of charges, my document don't set the page break(?) properly and all charges will be printed inside the second page. I have taken two screenshots to illustrate my issues.

Hierarchy-view: http://img406.imageshack.us/img406/9818/issuefe5.jpg

The Document: http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/2417/issue2fn4.jpg

Here are more information about the "settings" in the hierarchy-tree:

Textseite1: content: textflow

|-AdresseundINfo: content: postion

|-Hauptbereich: content: textflow

I modified the overflow settings on every possible position but the charge don't split if the space on the current page don't suffices.

Does I have this issues because I try to "page break" a table in a table?

I hope someone could give me hints

Thnx

Alex

Hello,

I think you are using designer 7.1.

Some known issues with nested tables are

1. Page breaks creates problem

2. header of nested table wont repeat when there is page break

May be you can solve this problem by designing the table using subforms and give the table binding.

Thanks, I try to solve my problem by using subforms. Could I find a buglist of designer 7.1 anywhere? Perhaps my other issues will be solved
