Hi
Choose either of the follwing methods
<b>I >></b>Use
Use this procedure to undeploy J2EE applications from a J2EE Engine.
Prerequisites
A J2EE application must be deployed already. You must also connect to the server where the J2EE application is.
Procedure
...
1. Choose the Deployer tab.
2. From the menu, choose Deploy ® Deployment ® Undeploy. A dialog box appears with a list of all deployed applications on the server to which you are connected.
3. Check the names of all applications you want to undeploy. You can choose Select Alland Deselect All.
4. Click OK to undeploy them.
5. The status bar displays a message about the result.

<b>II >></b>
Use
You can use the undeployment function to remove installed applications from the J2EE Engine.
Prerequisites
Your J2EE Engine contains SDAs of applications that you can select to be undeployed.
You can only undeploy applications that do not have dependencies on other SDAs.
Activities
On the left screen, select the SDAs that you want to remove from the J2EE Engine or file system, and choose Select SDA for Undeployment to move them to the window SDAs Selected for Undeployment.
The SDM checks for any dependencies that the selected SDAs have. If the SDM does not find any dependencies, it releases the SDA for undeployment.
Choose Start Undeployment.
The SDM removes the selected SDAs from the J2EE Engine or file system.

use web dynpro content administrator from the http://<servername>:50000. Select Web Dynpro-content administrator, select local-> applications. There is disable button on right side.
If you want to physically delete the deployed files, then look for your files at
<installed directory>:\usr\sap\WD1\DVEBMGS00\SDM\root\origin\local
or
Rather then looking at local SDM directory it's better to use SDM Undeploy feature either via command line or via SDM RemoteGUI

I delete the files in <installed directory>:\usr\sap\WD1\DVEBMGS00\SDM\root\origin\local but continue appear in the http://<server>:<port>/webdynpro/welcome.
Ok then
When deleting the projects from the Developer Studio, also delete the content from the workspace. Also delete the Dictionary project and the Helperclasses. (Switch to the Navigator to make sure that all projects have been removed.)
· To remove the applications from the J2EE Engine, use the Deploy service in the Visual Administrator.
use the visual admin ( /usr/sap//j2ee/admin/go , resp. go.bat on windows).
Therein take a look under your server then services and deploy. Choose application.
Now select the deployed object and undeploy it.
