Can the excise invoice be automated with the billing document

1)Maintain-default plant, excise group, and series groups in Customizing for Excise Duty, -Business Transactions - Outgoing Excise Invoices -

Maintain Default Excise Groups and Series Groups.

2)IMG-- Logistics - General-- India-- Basic Settings-- Maintain Excise Groups. Select your Excise Group -Go in Details -tick mark the field-Excise Invoice during Billing.This will automatically create a Excise Invoice in background after you create the Billing document.

Hi Pooja,

Yes a Excise Invoice can be automated with the Billing document. The path for configuring the same is :

IMG> Logistics - General> India> Basic Settings> Maintain Excise Groups. Select your Excise Group and view the details. Here tick mark the field "Excise Invoice during Billing". This will automatically create a Excise Invoice in background after you create the Billing document.

If you want to make use of this function, you must also define the

default plant, excise group, and series groups in Customizing for Excise

Duty, by choosing Business Transactions -> Outgoing Excise Invoices ->

Maintain Default Excise Groups and Series Groups.

Hi,

You can create automatic excise invoice, at the time of billing. The setting is in Excise Group configuration at CIN settings as Excise Invoice during billing.
