Hi Balaji,

SAP Marketplace -> Release and upgrade info -> Installation & Upgrade Guides -> SAP NetWeaver -> SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) -> Installation -> 2 - Installation - SAP NetWeaver Systems -> SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SR2 - Installation Guides -> There you'll find AIX that includes Oracle DB
