Procedure for System Administration
If it is not an input error, check and possibly change the system settings.
To do this, choose Maintain entries (F5).
1. Check whether the required tax determination procedure is assigned to the relevant country. the Procedure field is in the detail screen.
2. Create a new tax code if required.
Hi Murali,
As per my analysis the prob is with transaction FTXP .
Do the folowing settings
1) In the above transaction put the country as IN Then press enter you will find two field as Country key i.e IN which is already being copied from previous screen then put tax coe as A0 then press copy botton in this screen you put From A0 to A0 then press enter where you can find the tax type with account keys and tax percentage rate you put the desired tax then save it.
Note: Be sure that before this you must assign calculation procedure to the country key (In your prob IN must be assigned to TAXINN) follow the menu path IMG-Financila acounting-financila accounting global setting-tax on sales & purchase-basic setting-assign country to calculation procedure.
Hope it will solve your pronlem

Hi
Please check the settings in Transaction OBCL against your company code. Weather maintained A0 for A/R and V0 for A/P.
