Retail/Pharmaceuticals business process in SAP

Hi Guys,

Could you please tell me what is the difference in the business process and configuration in SAP which is very specific to Retail and Pharmaceutical industries.Could you please provide me with any documentation on the process/configuration steps for these 2 industries if you have.
