Send Stock & Sales Idoc to Vendors

Hi There,

I need to send an Idoc to Vendor in order to report Stock and Sales, I have found the following transaction:

transaction WVM2 - Transfer Stock and Sales Data

This transaction generates Idoc per plant (PROACT01), the problem that I have is the creation of the partner profile, apparently there is not (Application/Message Type/ Process code) for this process. I would like to know how can I create the partner profile for this process outbound.

I used this IDOC 3 years ago and as far as I remember there was nothing special involved

you just need to maintain:

Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Messages -> EDI -> Profile for sending

Stock/Sales Data

and we20

and send it via: RWVMIPAD

you can also have a look at this doc:

it shows message type and IDOC basis type for outbound proact

Thanks for your reply.

I read the document and I create the partner profile for the message type PROACT, however in the message control tab I have include the following parameters:

Application: EF

Message type: NEU

Process code: ME11

I don't know if this is correct for this kind of message.

no need for message control tab entries for proact

as per the second document link that I gave you

you just need message type and IDOC basic type

Hi Michal, very helpful your information, I have set the partner profile to run this process, in order to send sales information, some configuration needs to be done in the system. Looking in SAP documentation they mention S130 info structure to be used in this process, however when I trying to include for the qualifier 003 - Sales, I'm getting an error because the info structure does not have field for the plant.

Info structure S130

Version 000

Plant field name

Field name for mat. MATNR

Field name for qty UMSMNG

Comp. qty field LFAMNG

Maintain parameters for accessing info structure S130

Then if I enter another value for plant for example Material Group I get another error.

No planning version 000 exists for info structure S130

I have no idea how to solve this.

I solved the problem with the versions, to generate the version of the info structures I ran the program RMCP6VER and the error dissapear.
