ICM running but no server with HTTP connected

Hi,

I get the following error when trying to open a local website: 503 - Service not available

- Component: ICM J2EE Dispatcher

- Detail: ICM running but no server with HTTP connected.

The SAP MMC shows: jstart.exe - some processes running

This happens alway approximately 30 Minutes after the AS is started and running.

This is the trace of jstart.exe.

At 14:45 h - All processes running

At 15:13 h - Suddenly some processes running

Any ideas?
