problem in RFC Connection

Hi,

When i access SM59 transaction -> Under HTTP Connection to ABAP system, there is an entry like INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI. When i click on it and press the connection test, i get Internal Server error.

The user id is PIIUSER. the res is dir. Is this user correct.. If not, which user should i give..

Also, when i access Integration Repository using SXMB_IFR transaction, i used the PISUPER user, and it logged in successfully.

Is there any connection between these two... Please suggest...

Check SAP Note 817920

If the error code is 500, then u can ignore this error.

hi Madhu,

i think user should be XIDIRUSER.

For me INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI is working with this user information.

Try with this user and password

When you do a connection test are you getting the login screen. if so then there is some problem with the user.

If you are getting this

~server_protocol HTTP/1.1

~status_code 500

~status_reason Internal Server Error

connection close

Then it is not an error . you can proceed with the scenario...

since you are passing an empty request you are getting this message
