Please somebody take out of this problem?

There is a script available in china language only.

I need to do language convertion(from china to EN).

is there any other T-code or any process to copy the FORM.

goto t code se71

then goto utilities->copy from client enter from name then copy it

or

use RSTXR3TR program to copy bet ween clients
