ALE configuration for pushing IDocs from SAP to XI

1. Create Logical System for sender SAP system (ex:CECCLNT812) and the receiving XI system (ex:AXICLNT300) using Transaction SALE

2. Assign Client to Sender Logical System

3. Create RFC Destination of Type ‘3’ for SAP XI system using transaction SM59

RFC Destination: ex:AXICLNT300

4. Create Distribution Model by selecting ‘create model view’

Model view: ex:AII Test

5. For the model view created above, add the message type of the IDoc that we wish to send to SAP XI. Select ‘Add Message Type’ and then specify the Sender and Receiver Logical System

ex:

Message Type: AIDOPMSG

Sender: CECCLNT812

Receiver: AXICLNT300

6. Save and Generate Partner Profiles

Environment --> Generate partner profile

7. Finally Execute the Distribution Model by selecting the Menu EDIT--> MODEL VIEW --> DISTRIBUTE
