hI,

When iam maintainning the credit amount for the customer iam getting the following error. why iam getting this error?

Individual limit ( 176.680,00 INR) should only be 60.000,00 INR

Hi

Check the Maximum Limit. It must have been set at 60,000

The maximum limit is the max credit limit including all the credit control areas.

Hi

If you want to increase the Individual limit then you must also increase the Total limit in FD32

For this goto FD32 --> select Central data #enter

Under 'Max Permitted credit limit' heading, maintain

Total limit = 176.680,00

Individual limit = 176.680,00

Currency = INR

#save

This way you will be able to increase the credit limit without getting that error.

The individual limit should be always less than or equal to the total credit limit.

if u want to increase the custome total credit limit then

in FD32 goto General Data -- central data and change the total amount according to ur requirement and now u can maintain individual limit less than or equal to that total amount.

Check out max doc limit in automatic credit check. remove it

then try FD32
