Hi Siva,

No you don't require to create a new RFC Sender (only one Registered Program ID is required, with one TCP/IP connection created in SAP R/3 System) or Receiver communication channel for each new interface if the interfaces communicating to a same SAP R/3 System.

Thanks,

Krishna

Hi,

One RFC destination for each system will do. The same one you can reuse it for other Interfaces for the same system.

Hi Siva,

You need to create One RFC destination for each system, later you can reuse it for other Interfaces for the same system.

If you are connecting to different system then again new one needs to be created.

Hi Siva,

Yes we need to create Port, Logical system name is mandatory for IDocs Only, for creating RFC destination.

Siva,

You do not need to create port / logical system while creating RFC destination.

Port and Logical system comes into picture while setting up Partner profile for idoc communication.
