Vendor performance report

Can anybody let me know if we have any standard "Vendor Performance" Report in SRM.

Hi Ashish,

directly in SRM there are no reports available for vendor performance.

You have to use the BW, which is for that purpose also called as a portion of

SRM. For the standard BW reports available via Business Content, the Business

Scenario Vendor Evaluation is prerequiste, meaning that some evaluation takes

place in SRM as well in R/3.

for the available Business Content on Vendor Evaluation. In section Queries the

standard reports are mentioned.

So, for that BW implementation is must. or without BW implementation can we use the vendor performance reports.

Hi Ashish,

in order to use standard vendor performance reports, you need to have a BW.

These reports can also be adjusted and enhanced in BW.

In parallel, you can go for own abap reports and build you own apaps based

on the data available. Usually this is too much effort, not usable and the BW is

implemented anyway.

This is a typical "it depends" question;)

For SRM evaluation you would need to turn on the questionnaires that evaluation

data for GR and INV and at Vendor List can be captured. The scores are then used

to bring the vendors in an order.

In parallel to the SRM evaluation, the reports also take the scores from R/3

evaluation, where e.g. on time delivery, quality etc can also be integrated.

I do not know any real implementation of evaluation and performance based on

SAP Standard. On one hand most companies have specifics and also the standard

is not really based on real life of companies. It is typically an area where everyone

is different, why your question cannnot be answered with a list.

Hi

This for SRM 3.0 . i need the name of the report (SE38) that can be directly worked upon for vendor performance.

I haven't worked on BW but i have fain idea . Incase of BW data has to be set up first and that data is feeded for the report to be generated.

But here i want direct report which upon giving required parameters gives me the "vendor performance" . Whether such a report (SE 38) exist. If yes , please give me the name

The excel covers <b>all</b> SRM releases - <u>all queries = reports</u> with latest BW release:

- Vendor Portfolio with PO Value and Overall Score

- Total Eval. / Purch. Order Value of Vendor over Time

- Evaluation of Vendor by Product Category

- Evaluation of Vendor by Product Category and Product

- Submitted Evaluations (Vendors)

- Evaluation Data on Document Level

- Vendor Evaluation Data with Category and Product

There is no report (se38) in SRM for vendor performance.

For BW reporting table content need to be extracted using extractors either from

R/3 or SRM.

Sorry, but it is subject where you not only click some buttons or turn some keys.

Try looking for Reports starting with BBPVENDOR using SE38 Transaction.
