Unable to print the spool request with tittle as "LVS2 CB35 SJOHN"

Hi All,

I have SAP R/3 3.1I in which I am facing an issue with my spool requests. Some of my spool requests are not printing to success.

The sppol request name is in the format as:

LSV2 CB35 SJOHN

All the requests coming with LVS1 are printing fine. All the requests with LVS2 are showing a status (-). What is this field which is making the difference?

Also, if I select the request (which is pending) and manually print them, I can see that they succeed. Not sure what exactly is wrong with the system.

This is happening irrespective of the printer. I have tried to switch the printers. Still no go.

Please help.

The LVS2 is called a dataset name. The issue is resolved after i have cleared the printer OS spool queue.

any spool error log ? Have you try with SAPWIN and Access Method F ?

Check also the work process log dev_w* that carry out the spool processing.
