client requirements for ZCI-Forms

Hi SAP Experts,

I want to know the exact requirements for Interactive Forms (in ZCI layout) because my colleague has a problem while working with the PCR standard-form ISR_FORM_SPEG.

He could open the form from portal-environment and he can fill out the fields. But when he click the submit button there is a loading action visible that does not come to an end.

The backend site should be okay because I can submit the form without any problems.

So I assume a frontend problem.

I searched for the requirements for ZCI but only could find the adobe reader version that is the same in both cases (we use 7.0.9).

We use the same backend, the same form and the same Adobe Reader so what could be the problem?

Please use the latest Adobe Reader that is version 8.1

Hi Karthik,

We still do not know any further requirements for ZCI. But my colleague installed Adobe Reader 8.0 and then his problem was solved. I would suggest you to try several versions of Adobe Reader.

Hello Nadin,

for HTTP protocol the Reader 7.09 is recommended, see also SAP note 834573.

If you use HTTPs protocol then you need at least Reader 8.1.
