In a roll out scenario you will have to first consider how many of these interfaces need to be rolled out and to which all locations, as not all interfaces will be implemented at all the locations.
you can look at the interfaces from a geographical point of view , as mostly the interfaces being rolled out to multiple locations with in the same country will have more or less the same common requirements.
The interfaces that need to be rolled out can be split into 3 categories.
1.Easy - very minimum changes, you might just need to add another receiver to the existing interface.
2. Medium - some modification to the existing mapping program and extra validations to be done.
3. Complex- Major changes in the mapping, might have to create a separate mapping or a new scenario all together.
