Hi,

Can we check the status of document whether it is processed or get errors?

When I execute VF02 with output type ZD00 I get 'no output could be selected for printing'. What may be the reason? How can I solve it?

Communication parameters for printing are not maintained. fill this tab first only then the output can be displayed.Release the document for accounting.

Hi,

Output type may not be selected. So goto tcode VF02, give the billing document number and press enter. Using menu<b> GOTO--->HEADER---->OUTPUT</b> create output type and save it.

Now u will get the output type with this check the document.

You can check eyxacltly what went wrong

Use detemine analysis.

In Goto Header-> Output

You will get exaclty why the output type could not print
