Roles for Message creaters in SM4.0

Hi Gurus,

I am bit confused in creating Business partner ID for Message creaters .

Iam follwing as below as of now.

Using BP> Create>Person--> and role is Employee as per document ( Service Desk configuration for Dummies)

but when I checked in some other Doc, it is showing as maintain role "Employee" and "General Business Partner" for Message creater and Manage Identification Tab.

Pls advise me which option I have to follow.

Hello Rajani,

The role for an Message Creator BP is Employee. kindly follow the configuration document or the IMG document in SPRO for the same.
