Hi Friends ,

Suddely , I am unable to get into the Integration Builder Objects , both IR and ID of XIPRD . But i can use same ID for RWB and SAP Gui . It works fine for XIDEV .

It was working fine till yesterday . Suddenly it raises this error . <b>Authorization error; unknown user name or incorrect password</b> from Java web Start .

I have referred many similar threads from forum but not yet resolved . I have referred following blogs also

Shabrish's

sudhir's

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/1688 [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken]

I have followed thier steps also .

<b>I can able to Log in to the XIDEV</b> and see the IR and ID objects , but suddenly it raises the Error in XIPRD Java webstart .

Any suggestions !

Regards.,

Hi Rangarajan,

Restart might help but if it is Production machine frequent restart is not best practise.

Thanks,

Tuhin

verify if the XIPRD user is locked in SU01.

Else, open Java Web Start -> File -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Clear Folder and try again.

You can also try reinstalling Web Start.

try a restart as a last resort.

But do go thru my blog again and see if those steps help.
