Service Desk Test Message to SAP Issue

Hi,

When I create a new message and assign the status SENT TO SAP, I would like to populate the field "Information for SAP" but this is greyed out all the time.

Can someone tell me how to enable this field so that I can put some details in it.

Also in tab "SAP Attributes" for transaction data SAPNET message details section is also greyed out. Please advise of cause

Yes I am in change mode.

Sure...this is how to fix the problem:

Go to SPRO>Scenario Specific Settings>Service Desk>Text Determination Procedure>Define TXT determination procedure.

Select CRM_ORDERH and double click procedure

Select SFLN001 (e.g or your customised name) and double click ‘Definition of Procedure’

In this screen ensure that changes field for ‘Information to SAP’ is blank

Anything other then blank would signify a read or display only in the changes field (i.e. R, C..etc.

Hope this helps someone else as well.
