Why is there only Dialog and Background process in NW04s Dialog Instance?

Upon installation, there is only Dialog and BTC process in Dialog instance. Do i have to create UPD, SPO processes?

Other than Enques Process , we have to create all the other.

To the best of my knowledge It is not mandatary to have those configured. it is advisable to have them configured.
