Problem with exporting data to excel 2007

I am currently facing a problem while exporting data to excel 2007.

I am using SAP GUI version 710 which is compatible with excel 2007.

I have tried several ways such as follows :

1. Applied Patch level 1 and level 3 also

2. reinstalled SAP GUI

3. checked excel settings

Nothing worked out so far . Can anyone tell me as to why data is not getting exported to excel ?? However when I am trying to export data to excel from my colleague's system , It is working fine.

Hi Gaurav,

can you post the error that you are getting. so that someone can respond. Also if it works on your colleagues machine/PC then there could be some setting issues on your machine that needs to be tweaked.

Thanks for the response. I am not getting any error when I export data to excel only the excel window appears in the foreground and the columns of the worksheet are only highlighted.

I think that there is a problem with my desktop and no issues from SAP side.

Suggest me any settings that needs to be made in excel or in SAP.

when you installed SAPGUI, have you installed ALL options or just the SAPGUI part of the installation.

When I installed SAP GUI 710 , I made sure that i install all the components including the word link and the excel component.

So suggest some new ways bcoz nothing has worked out uptill now.
