processing file

Hi

In case of file-xi-proxy scenario during the processing of file I have a business rek like..................

A trailer and header record should be located in every file, in the event that a trailer or header record is not detected the file should not be processed and error should be logged.

Could you plz tell me how to handle this rek ??

Hey

just configure alerts using ALRTCATDEF for this.now suppose u are not getting header and/or trailer record then XI will throw a mapping error coz XML won't be valid and that will in turn trigger the alert.just make sure that the occurence of header and trailer must be 1-1
