Problem with Table Sapce PSAPSR3

hello all,

i have a error inn data load in Bi which says PSAPSR3 tablespace is filled..i deleted some of the data in PSA and freed some space...but i need to figure out the data growth in this Tablespace..

is there any way that i can see the actual file sbeing stored in this table space....so that we can figure it out

a tablespace is made up of 1 or multiple datafiles. each datafile is an actual file at Os level.

you can use transaction DB02 to view datafiles and also all tables from this tablespace.

so, play around with DB02, I'm sure you will find what you need.

can i view the contents of the datafile..

DB02 (or DB02old) --> current size --->Storage Managment ---> Goto Tablespaces ---> DBA Data Files

you cannot really view the contents of a datafile, but you can know which objects are located in a tablespaces. Again, browse around with DB02.
