Hello..

In RFC-XI-File scenario....

I created a Biz system with following S/W components....

SAP ABA 640,SAP BASIS 6.40,SAP BW 3.50,SAP GUI FOR ,WINDOWS 6.20,SAP IGS 6.40,SAP STARTUP FRAMEWORK 6.40

XI ADAPTER FRAMEWORK 3.0,XI ADAPTER FRAMEWORK CORE 3.0

XI CONNECTIVITY SE 3.0,XI TOOLS 3.0

I imported SAP ABA640 in IR and created name space...

I created imported objects,mapping abjects,inteface objects...

Is This settings are fine for IR in order to receive IDOCS from SAP.....or do i need to create one name space for sending IDOC xml data as a file...

Thanks...

Only to add because I forgot it in my last reply:

IDOC adapter can only be implemented as receiver adapter not as sender adapter!

This doesn´t matter because IDOC is in XI predefined as an interface and able to work as sender adapter

only by adding the sender service in the interface determination together with the interface which defines the used IDOC in its namespace (namespace where it was imported in Int.Rep)

Hello,

only one namespace for your development necessary:

It contains

- creation of message type for the destination file

- build up of message interface

- mapping between IDOC and file (message mapping)

- interface mapping

Thats it for the scenario in Int. Rep.
