ORA-3135 Error from Windows Application server

Hi,

We are facing this error on our ECC 6.0 - Oracle 10.2 Server.

We are running Central Instance on Unix Server and the APplication servers on Windows 2003 Servers .

The Workprocess from Application servers gets disconnected with the Error 0RA-3135.

Please help in troubleshooting the issue and also we dont find any errors in the Alert log or in the Listener Log.

Did you add the SAPservice<SID> user to the database according to Note 361641 - Creating OPS$ users on UNIX

Markus, I don't think that 361641 fits.

ORA-03135: connection lost contact

is new to 10.2

reason:

- Server unexpectedly terminated or was forced to terminate (see alert.log file and/or usertrace directory)

- Server timed out the connection (see timeout parameters sqlnet.ora)
