Hi,

when iam creating the sales order i am getting the error that Version 0 is not defined for Fiscal Year 2007. How to solve that?

Hi

You can try with settings on version maintenance in SPRO --Controlling --General Controlling OrganizationMaintain Versions

Or

Maintain versions in <b>OKEQ</b>

There you have to maintain version 0 for fiscal year 2007.

Select 0(Current Version) Double click on Settings for each Fiscal year enter u r Controlling area and version 0

Enter and add the year in nw entries

Or else

You may have to create year 2007 in<b> OKEV./OKEVN</b>

Steps:

Go to T.code <b>OKEV</b>

Select version 0

Double click on "Settings for each fiscal year"

Check whether fiscal year 2007 already exists

Follow the path

SPRO--Controlling

---

gen controlling---organisation----maintain version.

Then select version 0 line and double click on 'setting for each fiscal year' in 'controlling area settings' then enter ur controlling area and check whether u have enterred version settings for the year 2007 or not.

do this ..this may solve ur problem.
