Hello,
when confirming goods in "Confirm Goods / Services" I enter the quantity and I can confirm.
When I press 'create confirmation' in 'check status' I get 'confirmation still contains errors; check the confirmation'. Is this because the amount is missing? Can the amount be filled automatically?
Also I would like to know if it is possible to hide the button?
thanks and regards
stefan
Hi Stefan,
You don't need to enter amount in confirmation and it will be picked up automatically from PO.
Confirmation still contains error message can be because of various reasons like account assignment is missing or wrong, last delivery button was ticked in earlier confirmation or there are no more qty to confirm, any mandatory tab info is not filled like reference number, etc.
If you want to remove/jhide the button, you have to change internet explorer GUI program data.

Stefan,
You can remove the confirmation button in various methods..
1) change the authorization for BBPSC04 for all the roles..
2) Use BBP UI CTRL BADI for hiding the confirmation button..
3) Use SHD0.. transaction variant to achieve the same..
Try any one of these that is easy to implement for you..
Let me know if you have more questions..

Hello,
For yr second point :
do you want to hide the link "Confirm Goods / Services"
then it can be done via PFCG -> standard or Zrole -> menu -> and delete the menu Confirm Goods / Services
it is good practice to create Z roles and do the alterations
for 1st point
for the confirmation
in yr SRM sapgui BBP_PD
for BUS 2203 with alerts on what are the messages ?
