Assigning Attributes to Roles

Hi SDNers,

I need to assign Attributes (related to Finance, warehousing, etc..) to Roles which are related to these domain. I have observed that only fields can be assigned to Roles.

Can you please help me in this regard?

Hi Gautam,

Provision for Assigning attributes to roles is not there.

At the max assign the nodes (parent \ child) of a taxonomy table to a role.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Can u please elaborate on how to assign attribute authorization to various roles?

For eg: I need to assign certain attribute "Discount %" to the role: Finance manager.
