How Partial Delivary can be done?

Hi Friednds,

Can anyone explain How the goods can be delivered partially,and what is the TCODE for it.I Hope it can be possible when warehouse management is active, Pls explin what warehouse and how to activate it and where to do the configuration for the same.

Hi,

For partial delivery there is no special t.code as such in SD. For a particular customer in <b>XD02</b> in <b>sales area data - Shipping screen</b> you have a section for partial deliveries. the details here are:

<b>1. Complete delivery required by law

2. Partial delivery per item

3. Max. partial deliveries.</b>

If you tick on <b>Complete delivery required by law</b> then the system wion't allow you to do partial deliveries. Also the steps 2 & 3 will be disabled. You will have to do complete delivery at a time. If you <b>do not tick on Complete delivery required by law</b> then below in step no. 2 you will have following:

Partial delivery allowed

A Create a delivery with qty greater than zero

B Create only one delivery (also with quantity = 0)

C Only complete delivery allowed

D No limit to subsequent deliveries

Also in <b>Max partial deliveries</b> you can at the most do 9 deliveries.

hi,

partial deliveries can be made maxumum of 9 times. which u can maintain the Customer master record under shipping tab option. thru Xd01.

if you want to maintain specific materials which the customer buys very frequently, so you will maintain some specific requirements for that particular customer in the customer material information recordthru VD52. there u will find option delivery related. there if you maintain and activate the cust/matl. info record in the sales document header level Vov8. so it will determine automatically while u r creating the sales order.

as such there is no t.code is available for the partial deliveries in the standard sap. these are all business flows. it will be maintain somewhere at the time of processing.

Hi ,

Go to XD03 -> Sales Area Data -> Shipping -> Partial Delivery per item and Max partial deliveries and enter the values required.

If no partial delivery is set in the master record then you would not be able to do partial delivery in the order.

To have partial deliveries for that customer, you need to activate, by leaving blank in "partial deliveries allowed" field in CMR > Sales Area data > Shipping tab (if customer allows partial deliveries)

Else you need to create CMIR for that particular customer to define it at item level.

for activation of the ware house spro--ent str...log execu...assign ware house to plnt storage location.

maintain wm views 1/2 while maintaining MMR
