Please copy the BAdI implementation CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 and assign it to your action processing.

Call transaction SE19, add classic BAdI implementation CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 and copy it to e.g. ZCRM_DNO_PARTNER_1.

Also copy the implementing class.

found it. Click the Interface tab then double-click the method. I had to make a setting change to the ABAP editor for it to display properly for me.
