regarding XI server, related with java web start

Hi Friends,

I had my own XI server. its working fine, i tried with all our scenarios, its worked will.

after two months when i started my server it showed me to take the installation for JAVA. instead of taking installation i took the updates of that same java version(j2re1.4.2_06).

after starting the server i am not able open IR, ID, RWB.

for IR it is giving error message "Unable to launch the application"

same for ID also, in RWB i am unable to enter inside RWB but not able to monitor anything's. it is giving error 505.

plz guide me with ur suggestions.

Update ur Java version to 1.4.2_09 or higher..

thanks for reply.

i uninstaled the updates.

now i am able to get ID, SLD.

for IR i am getting error message "Unable to launch IB".

i tried ur suggession also.

i am able to enter in all 4 components.

but in IR while testing Message Mapping i am getting errors
