Hi! All

1.Can anyone tell me weather delivery will be there i service contracts.?

2.Is the flow like this in service contract.

service contract->sales order->delivery->billing

(or)

service contract->deivery->billing

Hi,

Serive contract is related to the services (as in the earlier answer laying carpet..etc) , service contract will have a validity period. In this validity period what ever the services rended will be billed. Normally the flow will be Service contract==> Order ==> billing. In the normal process the items used in the services will not be deliverable, not relevent for delivery.

that depends on business or i say product.

some times there is delivery and somtimes not.

EG1: laying carpet in ur house is a service. there wont be any delivery

Eg2: Suppose a cutomer sends back the product to us for repairs then delivery is

required.

so in eg1 service contract-sales order-billing

in eg2 service contract-sales order-delivery-billing
