Hi Dan,

you need to clear Windows Registry entries at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\SAPGUI Front\SAP Frontend Server\Code

if this answers your question, close the topic.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the Quick Answer, Can you kindly Let me know on how to Disable this History.

Simply I dont want to have the History of Commands to list all the time.

I see all the commands are getting stored in this Location, Do I need to delete the manually all the time or is there any settings which will disable to store the history of old commands which was hited.

Thanks

Dan

You can try the following:

- logon to any system

- press on the button in the SAPGUI next to the "?" in the middle right (looks like a TV screen)

- choose "options"

- choose "local data"

There you can delete the history as well as completely deactivate it.

I can't help you with a statement "does not work".

What did you you? Press on delete history and switch it off.

Then logoff and log on - works here.

deactivating history does not de-activate the tcodes you see. it only deactivated history on fields, but not on the tcode (OK code). I looked around and never found a solution for this.

Hi Eric and Markus,

We found the Solution and off course we did good R & D, Finally I am able to implement the fix to Clear the Command Line History.

All I did is I Disabled the Permissions for Code Folder (Right Click > Permissions > Deny) in Regedit.

Thats It, The Commands stopped storing in the History.

Thank you Erick and Markus.

Hi,

Try look at SAP note <a href="http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/538214">538214</a> there are several options on how to control the OKCODE.

Other note worth checking would be <a href="http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/328723">328723</a> .

Or try ask the same question in the SAP GUI Forum...

Hope it helps

Hi Rolf

This Note is Very Helpful Thank you.

Can you suggest me some notes by which Customize or Hide my Menus and Icons in the SAP Screen.

Example: Hiding the Trash Bin , Hiding the Transport Truck Button , Hiding the Main Menus on the top of the screen in Enterprise 4.7 Version.

Thanks in Advance.
