Failed to connect to Backend System in VC`

Hi All,

We are using SAP Netweaver 2004s(EP7.0,VC7.0), and Back end is SAP BW3.5.

we are developing VC applications through BW3.5 in development server it was working fine, through VC i export those models from devlopment VC and imported those VC models in production VC.....i deployed those models successfully into portal. those models are in this path :

Content Administrator-->Portal Content>Visual Composer>Models->iViews.

when i am trying to click on preview of iView i am getting one popup error i.e <b>Failed to Connect to Backend system. Check your system defination and user priviliges.</b>

and we configured SSO through Logontickets method, that one is working fine....

i tested that SSO connection also....it was working fine....

i request to you if any body solve my problem really i appreciate that person.

Thanks for your immediate reply, if you don't mine i am not able to find correct link for resolving my problem.....could you please tell me exact link for resolving my problem....if you know exact solution to resolve me issue please tell me ......this is very urgent.....
