transfer req and conf automatically to backend

Hello,

I have the following problem in our SRM 5.0. The requesition and confirmation are not transfered automatically to the backend. After creating the shopping card nothing happens. With FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER I get the requesition into the backend. There I create PO which I can see in SRM. In SRM I create the confirmation and again nothing happens. After using FM BBP_PD_CONF_TRANSFER IDOC gets created and the confirmation is in the backend.

In our prototyp everything works fine. What am I missing?

Hello,

Creating follow on in backend is done by the programme clean_reqreq_up

which clears table bbp_document_tab and via bapi SRM handovers data to ECC to create a follow on.

For confirmation to be update in backend PO history your distribution model for SRM & ECC should be correct. and idoc type MBGMCR (BAPI Posting of goods mvts with MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT ) will carry the info of SRM confirmation to update ECC PO history.

Hi,

In SRM, Workflows are mandatory.

SC and Confirmation Workflow have to be activated.

Do it by managing starting condition Workflow.

Workflows were activated. But your post reminded me checking them. They are in state ERROR.
