Internet service working only in IE 7

Hi Experts,

We are developing a new tcode in SRM 4.0 with 2 screens ( <b>we are using external ITS</b> ). The first screen is a search screen and the second screen displays a form. I have created the internet service and templates for the two screens. <b>The transaction is working fine when I access it through internet explorer 7.</b> But when I access it through other versions of explorer like 6, I am able to see the first screen , but when i click any of the button on the page , which triggers a function code in the r/3 module poll I am getting " HTTP 400 Bad request "error. <b>It works fine with the IE 7</b>.

Any suggestions on why this is happening or what might be the possible cause

for this.

Hi Sankar,

please try to examine the (post-) parameters of the request. HTTPWatch or a similar tool will help you.

Hi Tobias,

I have used HTTP watch but there only errror "HTTP 400 bad request " is displayed , no further details.
