Hello...

Can anybody tell me wether XI will take input as file wich contains different languages.....

If yes, i wanted to know how it could be???

Hi,

Do you mean languages as in C, C++, Java ? Or English, German, Italian?

If it is the latter, I don't think it should make a difference as all the data eventually goes into XML structures anyway.

I wnated to know is there any provision in XI that it can handle diif languages( German) and then convert in to XML format...so that we can use that data for diff purpose...

Could you give an example of the file you are talking about, and also the structure you want to put it into?

For example...

German people will use application which there in local language....i wanted to take the data fron that system and then pass to SAP...

If the data is language dependent, then you might need to translate it (value mapping??), but otherwise it should not be a problem fitting the data into the XML structures.

Does SOAP receiver adapter translate special charecter data into xml data...

Even it translated how to map fields????

The SOAP adapter can only deal with xml, so you need to do any translations in mapping.

Could you provide an example for the file you want to use?

If use either SOAP /File Adapter to receive the special charecter file...

Does that XML file will be in UTF 8 or 16...i think it is 8..

But how could i sent to SAP in special charector format?

Any more suggesions...
