Error in Adapter level

Hi All,

In the IDoc-XI-FileServer Secario, if File server is down (the connection between XI and Fileserver is not good), then Does XI tries to send the message by doing retries? Still the connection is down, then How to process that message in Adapter level?

yes, it will try to resend it 3 times by default before throwing a system error. you can increase the number of retries though.

If it error's out then you can resend the msg from RWB -- message monitoring

It can be changed in Visual Admin->server->services-> SAP XI Adapter: XI.
