Scheduling a background job on a specific date in APO

I need to schedule a background job in DP on every 2nd Monday of every month, is it possible to achieve this with out a programme. Any help is greately appreciated.

Create the activity and job. Then work with your BASIS consultant to schedule the job according to your date requirement. It can be setup in SM36 >> Start Condition >> Periodic Job >> Period Value - Monthly and set the start date as 2nd Monday.

Thx for your replies, Its not possible to set it up using with periodic value, it will allow you to select a date not a day in a month. If i select a date, then next month on the same date the job triggers. I need a specific day not date. Any input is appreciated.
