Doubt regarding data posting to RFC

In test scenario I have posted data to RFC using T code SE37 (giving input parameters and executing), How does we post data to RFC in real time. Please help me out.

so where is XI involved in this?

if you are involving XI ,then u need to have a sender,suppose a file and then design a File to RFC scenaraios based upon your requqirement and thats the way u do in test scenario as well as real time scenario
