Hi Victor,

On the J2EE Engine side, the JCo RFC Provider ( ® Server ® Services ® JCo RFC Provider) shows the status of the RFC connection between ABAP and Java. You can inspect the properties of the connection and see if the connection is currently active...

See here:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/95/10fb40af87ee6fe10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

Hope this help you.

regards,

Vito

Victor,

this is because you haven't RFC destination.

How to use/create RFC destination in programmatically way:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/17/d609b48ea5f748b47c0f32be265935/content.htm

Or you can use this method to set destination, via configuration (it's the same like Visual Administrator):
