MDM5.5 Import Maps

Hi

In one of the MDM document I read the SAP delivers the mappings for the employee, vendor, customer, material while importing from source xml to target (using import manager). But I am unable to locate these in the import manager. Does anyone has done this.

Can anyone tell me steps to do the same?

Hi Sreekanth,

the maps are included in the shipped template repositories and are linked to one of the predefined agencies. To use these maps start Import Manager and connect to such a repository using one of the predefined agencies (e.g. R/3 4.6C). You will then be able to use the maps with "File" -> "Open".
