Unique PR00 but able to be maintained manually

Hello,

How can I restrain only one condition type PR00 in a pricing procedure and end-users can change the price on PR00-line manually, if necessary?

Does anyone knows how to set this?

Go to V/08 and select "Manual entries" in "Changes which can be made". Here select "C". Also in your Pricing Procedure, you have to tick the 7th column, viz.Condition determined manually.

By maintaining both the above, you can change the price manually.

Thanks for your answers. But these are not what I'm looking for.

PR00 must be able for both automatic and manual pricings. The restriction is that the user must be able to maintain only the existing PR00 and not able to enter a new PR00 line, if any exits. If not, he could enter a new one.

Hello Ozay,

In V/08 in pricing procedure RVAA01 select condition type PR00 and remove the ticks for manual and mandatory if any.

In V/06 for condition type PR00, give manual entries as B.

Now create the sales order if a condition record exists the sytem will automatically pick that, else you can manually maintain that condition.

SPRO>SD>BF>Pricing>Pricing COntrol> Define and assign Pricing Procedure>Maintain Pricing Procedure>Select RVAA01 > Select Control Data> goto PR00 > uncheck Required fioeld and Check Manual

Yes in V/06 there is a option where you can set for PR00 Manual entries has priorities and for other condition types you can select "D" Option no possible to process manually

Hi,

Go to V/06, choose the condition type, PR00. Now in section "Changes which can be made", choose "Maual entry has priority" and check the boxes (below it) for which you want end-user to change these parameters.
