Security in legacy's execution

First of all thanks to all in advance,

I'm afraid of the use of lsmw (legacy system) from users, because every user that has acces to this transaction can execute the legacy's project that they want.

I think that there is some way to protect the execution of certain projects but i can not find information about this.

Anyone has any idea or information about this?

LSMW is a tool that has not been designed to be used on PROD systems. I know however that it is being used om PROD, as i am not logged on i can not give the details but as far as i remember there i a protection possible on project level. Seach for objects with LSMW in the name. Or go to SU02 and search for profiles with LSM in the name.

You have all the reason in your words, but it's a service that one company request to me because they use a lot in production system to inform new materials, equipments, etc...

I think that i find my own answer.

You can controlate what can do ans wich projects they can use using the objects

B_LSMW and B_LSMW_PRO
