SOST- Deletion of transmission request in background

Dear All,

I have configured the Alert management system to forward the CCMS alerts to the external communication method like SMS and email.

In the Transaction code SOST, I want to delete the "transmission requests" periodically in the back ground.

That is I would like to automate it instead of deleting the transmission request manually.

Can any one help me out in achieving this.

Dear Sarvanan,

This is not an question for Solution Manager. Nevertheless I shall try to answer it.

Executing the report RSSORE00 should delete all mails that have already

been sent.

You are advised to look at the attached notes 510969, 567975 and

29430 as well as those that they reference for information on how to

use the reorganization services within R/3.

Following SAP notes are very helpful in reference to your query :

510969 - SAP note: No reorg. of external send operations (SOST)

567975 - Reorganization of send operations

29430 - SAPoffice: table SOC3 gets very large

579938 - Composite SAP note on notifications for send status

433457 - Reorganization of successful send operations
